Our afternoon tea is a real treat for the taste buds, and can be delivered to your door in Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire or, if you prefer, collected from my kitchen. I will work with you to create the perfect afternoon tea menu to suit your event. From hen parties, baby showers, birthday teas, weddings, family celebrations to corporate events, my beautifully presented handmade treats are perfect for any occasion. With dainty sandwiches and savouries, patisserie and delicious cakes to choose from, as well as the customary scones with lashings of jam and clotted cream, the cake stands with be filled with little bites of heaven to give you the perfect treat. My afternoon teas come with a selection of teas, soft drinks and my homemade lemonade and start from £17 per person.
During the Summer months I also prepare delightful afternoon tea and posh picnic hampers for you to take to open air events.

Vintage china hire
I have a large range of vintage bone china for hire, and the range includes cup, saucer and plate trios, cake stands, milk jugs, sugar bowls, tea pots. Mismatched sets look particularly good when set out for the occasion.
We loved the idea of a vintage afternoon tea for our wedding reception and asked Carol at Butterscotch to come up with some ideas for a menu for 80 guests. When we had chosen what we wanted Carol meticulously planned every detail - from sourcing to quality ingredients, to providing us with samples to try beforehand and making sure everything was timed to perfection.Ann-Marie & Roberto Cole
The food looked and tasted wonderful - so many of our guests commented that it was far nicer than any afternoon tea they had eaten at smart hotels.
Butterscotch also provided all the beautiful vintage china to complete the theme.
Carol is the ultimate perfectionist and it made our day totally stress-free knowing that everything was in such good hands.
